Chantevelle Laboratories currently ships orders within South Africa using Aramex.

Orders are prepared and dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Once your order has been handed to Aramex, you will receive tracking information where available so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside the control of Chantevelle Laboratories.

Please make sure that the delivery address, contact number and other shipping information supplied at checkout are correct. Chantevelle Laboratories cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or you believe an item is missing, please contact Chantevelle Laboratories as soon as possible and provide your order details together with clear photographs where applicable.

Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
